Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for learning with Prestige Education.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. 

The following terms are applicable for any courses that you purchased with us.

1) Before the class duration starts, if students have ONLY URGENT or extraordinary situations and are not be able to join, students must prove their extraordinary situations, such as sending the scan documents of doctor's medical transcriptions, or Two certifications from a trusted person must be reliable references. If you can show as above proofs, you can refund 80% of your enrolled amount of that particular course which has not started.

2) If you want to postpone that particular class, there won't be a complete refund but you can ask for the refund coupons.

3)Those who pay the course fee and postpone the class will not receive a refund, but they can attend the next batch.

4) There are 3 different types of refund coupons: 100% , 75% , and 25%.

5) If you wish to attend that particular same course that you postponed, you can get 100% refund coupon.

6) If you wish to attend different courses and not the postponed one, you may get 75% refund coupon and apply in new course.

7) If you are not willing to attend courses before 1week the course starts and want refund, you can ask for 25% refund coupons.

8) However, there will be no refund policy if you ask 3-Days before the actual class starts.

9) Those who have paid the course fee in full or paid in installments, if they do not attend the course due to any reason, the course fee cannot be refunded.

10) There are school discipline provided by Prestige, if you do not follow and break school rules and regulation, you will be expelled from school and there will be no refund school fees.
